Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator
Pico Rivera-Hybrid (In office Tuesday and Wednesday)
Pay Rate Range: $28.84-$32.211
Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm, and ½ day every other Friday, closed Fridays

Duties:
* Summary of main job duties
Requirements:
* 2-way matching
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Account reconciliation, variance analysis
* Manage AP functions, and manage end to end AP work: vendor invoices, review payments, and manage supply relationships
* High volume weekly
* Bachelors in Accounting or Finance is a plus
* MS Excel is a must-Pivot and VLOOKUPS
* Navision is a plus
