Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting team and oversee all financial operations. The Controller will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the company by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective management of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Develop and manage the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting.
• Maintain and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, promoting professional growth and accountability.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership to support decision-making.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA designation preferred).
• Comprehensive knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
