Accounts Payable

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client's finance team on a contract basis, with the potential for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts payable processes, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and timely
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions
• Assist in the month-end closing process
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Resolve discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and efficiencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or related financial roles
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
