Job Description:

• Manages the accounts payable function, including review of purchase orders, invoices, expense reports, and cash disbursements for authorization and accounting accuracy.
• Manages the individual who is responsible for original receipt, review and entry of invoices, and online review of expense reports.
• Responsible for ensuring accuracy of accounts payable files.
• Responsible for ensuring all invoices and expense reports are posted to the correct general ledger account and Company.
• Ensure appropriate processing and/or allocation of Advisor and Fund expenses.
• Maintains vendor relationships as necessary.
• Manage the company wide credit card program, including virtual cards.
