One of our industry leading clients is seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Manager to join their growing organization and take on a role where they will manage, as well as help build out the team as the company continues to grow and expand. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline the accounts receivable process to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
- Monitor customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and minimize outstanding debts.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the AR team to achieve departmental goals and foster a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable (AR) management or a similar role within a large organization
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and team development
