Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Credit Team in their NYC office. The hours are 8:45/9am-5pm (flex as needed) and this role is hybrid with Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday remote.
Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless administrative support to a team of 18 people total, primarily 4 MDs, VPs, Associates and Analysts
- Manage complex calendars in Outlook, scheduling internal and external meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic/international) including flights, hotels, and car services
- Process and submit expense reports in a timely manner
- Communicate with internal teams and external clients
- Assist with special projects as requested
Qualifications:
- Degree required
- 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably out of professional/financial services
- Highly proficient in MS office Suite, particularly Outlook
- Great at multitasking and excellent attention to detail
Compensation/Benefits:
- Up to $100K base depending on experience + overtime + bonus
