Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Pay: Up to $26/hr

Location: Costa Mesa, CA

Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for administrative support? We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Costa Mesa! ??

Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

-Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.

-Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

-Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of office equipment.

-Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.

-Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 years of relevant administrative experience.

-Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

-High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
