Shift: Shift 1
Schedule info: will likely be 80% remote, 20% in-person. Hours can be flexible but hours most conducive to the team would be Monday-Friday with earliest start time of 7am.
Other info: Need to have good Microsoft office skills (excel, ppt, word). Support 4 directors. Will have a mentor to help onboard and mentor.
Job Summary:
Supports leadership at an Executive Director level with administrative functions including, but not limited to: calendar management, meeting minutes, itineraries, travel accommodations, and drafting leader communications. Creates spreadsheets, reports, presentations, agendas and correspondence. Uses discretion in handling confidential information, reception of guests, screening of calls, and assistance with special projects. Duties may vary by leader.
EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION:
A minimum of 3 years of Administrative Assistant or 6 years of Secretarial experience. Experience with Learning Management systems is preferred.
EDUCATION DESCRIPTION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION:
Ability to use discretion with handling sensitive information. Competence in the use and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
