We are looking for a HRIS Systems Analyst to support and optimize our HR systems across key areas such as benefits, payroll, and performance management. This role is essential in driving efficiency and supporting HR operations at Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM).

Key Responsibilities:

* System Maintenance & Optimization: Configure and maintain HRIS systems to meet business needs, including benefits enrollment and payroll.
* Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve issues in HRIS, HCM, and related systems, working closely with HR and IT teams.
* Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for HR and business units, delivering actionable insights.
* Process Improvement: Lead system updates, testing, and upgrades for improved HR service delivery.
* Training & Documentation: Train HR and IT users on systems and create user guides for smooth operations.

Qualifications:

* 2+ years of HRIS experience supporting benefits and HR administration.
* Proven expertise with ADP Vantage or related system
* Experience managing complex system structures in large, decentralized environments with shared master files, advanced reporting, and evolving priorities.
