Work Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ month contract

Description:
Our client is seeking an Analytics Engineer responsible for the entire data engineering lifecycle, including research, proof of concepts, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include:

• Building automated, scalable, flexible, secure, and cross-domain data and analytic pipelines with supporting monitors, listeners, notifications, and process state reporting.
• Supporting monthly and quarterly production activities.
• Maintaining high-quality documentation of data definitions, transformations, and processes to ensure data governance and security.
• Identifying solutions to non-standard requests and problems.
• Collaborating with other departments to develop pipelines for data movement in and out of our domain.
• Assisting with the development and automation of data processors.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in software engineering using Spark with Python and SQL.
• 4+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), including Databricks, Snowflake, and/or Microsoft Fabric.
• 4+ years of experience in data engineering, including ETL and pipeline building.
• 1+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
• Experience using data orchestration tools such as ADF, Airflow, DBT, etc.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Maven, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Azure/Databricks.
• Healthcare industry experience.
