What to Expect
The Associate, Payment Servicing is responsible for supporting functions and processes within the Payment Servicing Teams by processing all requests received via multiple channels. This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA's policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per HCA's KPI's. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to changes in business demand and operations.
All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross-divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
What You Will Do
1. Process requests in accordance with Payment Servicing SLAs. This includes task prioritization, adherence to quality standards and compliance with communication expectations.
2. Generate, send, and retain documents as requested ensuring accuracy per HCA's Policy and Procedures while being compliant.
3. Respond to emails and various escalated account issues within the assigned SLA.
4. Actively participate in coaching and development sessions/trainings to co-create solutions that enhance individual performance and overall department/team performance.
5. Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Bring
• Minimum 1-year automotive finance experience (desirable)
• Experience with Payment Processing, Titles, Total Loss, and Consumer Product Protection functions (desirable)
• Auto Finance or related background (desirable)
• 2 years of experience in fast paced office environment (desirable)
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Must be self-motivator and self-starter
• Ability to multitask and follow workflow processes for assigned job duties
• Must be able to successfully operate in a fast paced and team environment
• Must adapt well to change and successfully adjust to changing priorities
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with general office equipment
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment
Employees in this class are subject to extended periods of sitting, standing and walking, vision to monitor and moderate noise levels. Work is performed in an office environment.
The posted salary range for this job takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. Successful candidates may be hired anywhere in the salary range based on these factors. It is uncommon to hire candidates at or near the top of the range.
