Job Summary of the Associate Program Manager The Associate Program Manager is responsible for managing project activities. The role will provide daily management activities (including, but not limited to tracking, communication, and documentation) and project team alignment. The role will be accountable for defining project meeting agendas, communicating within and between project teams, documenting project- related action items and decisions, communicating between the core team and project teams, and working with the project management team to create and implement templates and new training initiatives.
This individual will partner with Marketing, Professional Education, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, R&D and International teams to ensure buy-in and on-time execution of cross functional programs. This position reports into Axogen's Program Management organization.
Requirements of the Associate Program Manager - AA/bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related
- 5+ years' experience in regulated industry - medical device, tissue implants or biologics
- Demonstrated ability in effectively leading multiple small to mid-size cross functional commercial projects concurrently.
- Strong aptitude to drive cross-functional teams (Commercial, Professional Education, Medical Affairs, HEOR, Clinical, Quality Assurance, Regulatory, ) in a fast-paced environment to achieve tangible results.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project and/or Smartsheet is
- Track record of achieving results via influence and working with others in a dynamic, matrix environment.
- Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills with various levels of management and must possess the ability to manage differences in needs between multiple
- Knowledge of regulated environments is strongly
Responsibilities of the Associate Program Manager The specific duties of the Associate Program Manager include but are not limited to:
- Independently lead small to mid-scale projects including managing all aspects of the project - planning, execution, communication, and closeout.
- Provide program leadership for key initiatives across all market segments to include program organization, prioritization, resourcing, planning, execution, and
- Communicate and leverage business architecture of core teams and market teams to drive alignment on program scope, milestones, timing, and budgets cross
- Ensure program milestones and goals are met on time, within scope, and within Identify and communicate concerns issues and provide recommendations to next level management. Excellent notes, action items and follow discipline required.

Salary Range
$89,604-$112,006 USD
Axogen is on a hybrid work schedule for some of our positions based out of our headquarters in Florida, with 3 days in office and 2 days remote. The hybrid work schedule does not include sales or facilities in Ohio or Texas.
