Job Description: GDH is hiring an Avaya Engineer to work with our client, a .
• On-site at the Coast Guard Service Desk in St. Louis.
• ~5 years of vector programming experience in CMS
• Perform call flow, agent, phone setup, and announcement functions.
• Hands and feet support for remote administrator support
• Training Certificate
