Our client is seeking a seasoned Sr. Back End Developer to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong Java background and a comprehensive understanding of the engineering discipline.

As a Sr. Back End Developer, you will be responsible for scoping and staging large projects into actionable and well-defined milestones. You will provide technical or process acumen in at least one area of specialty and lead design sessions within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and effectively communicate the trade-offs between technical, analytical, and product needs.
- Communicate engineering design strategies related to scale, performance, security, and usability.
- Set a consistent example of agile practices, reliability, application support, and coach other engineers.
- Participate in the migration of capabilities to a new modernized platform.

Required Skills and Experience:
- 10+ years of experience with Java.
- 10+ years of experience with RESTful API.
- 10+ years of experience with CI/CD.
- 10+ years of experience with Microservices Architecture.
- 10+ years of experience with Queues (Kafka/Rabbit).

Our client's team is responsible for managing the lifecycle of customer data. As a Sr. Back End Developer, you will play a crucial role in this process. Please note that candidates must complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.
