Trade Support Analyst (BEA2)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience
• Series 6 and/or Series 7 certification

Responsibilities:

• Draft and verify the accuracy and completeness of confirmations for various products (commodity derivatives, credit derivatives, equity derivatives, rates derivatives, and foreign exchange).
• Minimize financial losses by identifying and resolving trade capture errors, reconciling trade activity, and confirming economic terms and protective clauses.
• Collaborate with internal legal, compliance departments, and business lines to develop or revise confirmation templates.
• Support complex U.S. securities or over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives transactions.
• Stay informed about regulatory and market developments.
• Continuously improve processes, controls, and procedures.
• Partner with the project team for system enhancements and user acceptance testing.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of derivative products and experience with drafting OTC confirmations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
