Business Development Manager

Job Description:
- Develop partners through building partnerships and business relationships
- Perform lead generation phone calls to reaching new prospects
- Conduct web demos and proposal presentations to high level stakeholders
- Willingness to travel when needed (ex. trade shows)
- Will be given a list of accounts to call on, plus incoming leads through marketing efforts
Requirements:
- 4-5+ years of business development sales experience (must be a HUNTER!)
- Previous CRM software experience is required
- Experience in the industrial industry is a plus!
Additional Info:
- Pay range: $60,000 to $70,000 annually + Uncapped Commission (minimum FYE = $135K+)
- Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- Location: 100% In-office (open to hybrid flexibility)
- Type: Direct Hire
