Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Solutions Architect to join their team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business strategies and technology, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be adept at fostering cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships and secure alignment on solutions and priorities
- Lead, manage, and hold team members accountable for delivering desired results
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Business and Quality Assurance Analysts
- Develop and refine strategic roadmaps
- Optimize functional budget utilization and manage 3rd party vendor partnerships
- Understand and assess the operational landscape, identifying pain points and opportunities
- Define ROI and business impacts, building priority alignment with business partners
- Manage projects to ensure deliverables and timelines are met
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Production Launch Schedules
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical and solution architecture skill set, with a thorough understanding of data architecture. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to professionally interact with and influence a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts. The successful candidate will be initiative-taking, adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and have a high degree of professionalism.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in software development life cycle
- Experience in implementing and supporting custom integrated, enterprise and third-party packaged software and web solutions
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Technical proficiency/familiarity with applicable software to support the internal customer
- Ability to travel on occasion (approximately 25%)
