Position Summary
You will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our environmental monitoring products by calibrating various temperature and humidity monitoring devices. You will maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance, contributing directly to the safety and efficiency of our Calibration Lab.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Execute calibration procedures for temperature and humidity monitoring devices using standard calibration equipment.
  • Analyze calibration data to identify and address any deviations from specified tolerances.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with devices, identify the root cause, and implement/document corrective action on an appropriate scale.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive calibration records for devices.
  • Generate detailed calibration reports, highlighting deviations through appropriate documentation in collaboration with quality team.
  • Ensure that daily calibration procedures always adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
  • Coordinate and aid in performance of necessary repairs or preventative maintenance of calibration equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, safe calibration lab environment.
Required Qualifications:
  • Associate' degree or certification in a relevant technical field, or equivalent work related experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of precision in work.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
To Excel:
  • Experience as a Calibration Technician, with a focus on temperature and humidity monitoring devices.
  • Strong knowledge of calibration methodologies, standards, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations such as ISO 17025 and ISO 9001
