You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Ceramics Manufacturing Operator in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include:

• Experience through System-one at Richland production center or previous ceramics production required.
• Operates production equipment.
• Responsible for manufacturing and assembly of nuclear products.
• In the ceramics product center powder is pressed, sintered, and ground to fabricate fuel pellets.
• The candidate will learn all aspects of fabrication in the area.
• May be required to work around chemicals and radioactive materials and must be able to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
• May follow drawings, guidelines, and/or procedures to ensure product specifications and tolerance are met.
• Be competent to perform tasks that may impact on health and safety in the workplace.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
• Works under immediate supervision.

Framatome's Richland, WA facility is a licensed nuclear fuel manufacturing site and complies with US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and US Department of Energy (DOE) regulations. This position is safety-sensitive and pre-employment drug/alcohol screening is required. Any employment offer is contingent upon the successful completion of a background investigation.

Your Total Rewards Package

The starting pay rate for this position is $23.50 per hour. After a successfully completed introductory period the pay increases to $24.50 per hour and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
