What will you be doing?
Analytics Liaison, supporting the connection between the CI and Client Engagement teams to Client Service. Serve as a SME across the NUSA business, focusing on core analytic deliverables and enhancements
Job Responsibilities
Act as a mediator between product, data delivery, implementation, commercial, and client-facing teams (effectively communicating and documenting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders) to ensure smooth delivery, holistic integration, and value-added perspectives on Analytic solutions for Nestlé.
- Advanced Analytic Skills: Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data and translate it into meaningful solutions for clients
- Approach client with coherent, actionable and fact-based data/recommendations appropriate to their business needs
- Continually provide analytical solutions and business insights to address any business gaps and/or opportunities and create value for the client
- Identify business issues and opportunities and suggest the appropriate level analytic solution/approach
Short-to-intermediate term: maintenance focus - Monthly QC checks to ensure all analytic sites are up-to-date, accurate, and rendering correctly
- Collaborate with the Client Services (CS) team to address client-requested changes in models that may impact analytic solutions, and work with solution delivery to implement
- Point of Contact (POC) for Nestlé when any backend issues arise with analytic solutions, taking ownership of communication with/for Nestlé in these instances
- Collaborate with CS specific to hierarchy changes, MULO+ transition, AlwaysOn analytics, as well as any other modeling related needs
Intermediate-to-long term: engagement focus
- Supporting Nestlé through AlwaysOn rollout(s) e.g., Assortment, BVD (Business Value Drivers), etc., providing training and transition support with Nestlé focus, e.g., reference documents, case studies, custom client materials etc.
- Relationship building and drive engagement with Nestlé stakeholders for Circana's Media related services.
- Develop visualization needs and builds by solution, acting as a liaison to Product Leadership
- Help coordinate Best in Class Use Cases and Thought Leadership (in conjunction with CI) to showcase the incremental value of new deliverables and insights across Circana analytics
Requirements
- 5-7 progressive years of experience in marketing and sales with a premier Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or marketing analytics company
- Demonstrated expertise in translating POS/Panel data and analysis into relevant implications within the CPG industry
- Familiarity with Marketing Mix, Assortment and other advanced analytic capabilities
- Ability to build a rapport across functions and levels within an organization
- Experience with Circana/IRI or other syndicated data solutions is required
- Proven ability to consult with clients to influence thinking
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The salary range for this role is $175,000-$185,000
