About the Role:
As a Closing Specialist, you'll be the person making sure all compliance requirements are met, fees are accurate, and all documents are finalized on time. Your role is crucial in ensuring a smooth and successful loan closing, coordinating with internal teams, third-party vendors, and closing agents to make it all happen.
Job responsibilities may encompass:
- Managing a pipeline of loans. You'll take ownership of each one, ensuring every detail is in order and timelines are met.
- Drafting and reviewing closing packages and working directly with loan teams and borrowers. Your goal is to ensure every loan closes on time and with top-notch quality.
- Staying up to date on industry guidelines, ensuring all processes are compliant with ever-changing regulations.
