Job Title: Commercial Superintendent

Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 plus benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Superintendent to join our team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing K12, healthcare, and heavy manufacturing projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
• Allocate resources for assigned projects.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs.
• Maintain high standards of quality construction that adhere to original plans and specifications.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent.
• Extensive experience in K12, healthcare, and heavy manufacturing projects.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets.
• Knowledge of local quality, safety, and health guidelines for construction job sites.
• Familiarity with construction management software packages.
• The ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
