My client is seeking a dedicated professional to lead our hospitality renovation projects to new heights!
Position: Construction Superintendent - Hospitality Renovations
Location: Miami and Broward Projects

Company: They specialize in high-quality hospitality renovations that blend luxury with functionality. Their projects range from boutique hotels to large resorts, and they pride themselves on delivering exceptional results that exceed clients expectations.

Project sizes: $20m-$80M

Project Types: Hospitality

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of hotel renovation projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent, preferably in hospitality renovations or large scale commercial.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.
