What will you be doing?

As a Client Insights Consult for Circana's, you will be responsible for business development and driving value of the clients' solutions. You will be working with big data, particularly Point of Sale (POS), Shopper and Consumer data, to evaluate research data, identify key insights, and recommend actionable steps that drive value and directly impact the Clients' profitability.

If you possess the ability to work collaboratively as a trusted advisor and thought leader, to uncover meaningful insights to impact and improve your Clients' business, and can identify new opportunities to address key business needs, this position is an excellent fit for you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic support for top tier priority Clients and account teams
  • Partner with Clients and internal partners to proactively identify, structure and answer Client related business questions
  • Influence key Client stakeholders by providing proactive insights, driving solution adoption, sharing industry thought leadership and driving overall client satisfaction
  • Create compelling Client-ready content that is easy to understand, digest and provides compelling recommendations across key data sets including point of sale, consumer and loyalty/frequent-shopper data
Requirements
  • 5+ progressive years of experience in marketing and sales analytics with CPG manufacturers, retailers or marketing analytics firms
  • Demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant insights, packaging the learnings into Client-ready presentations and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport cross-functionally and engage in a consultative manner with Clients when helping solve/manage key business needs and influence thinking
  • Experience with POS, consumer and shopper data assets a plus OR other syndicated data solutions
  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The salary range for this role is $100k-$115k.
