Contracts Attorney

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Contracts Attorney for temporary engagement supporting a large corporation in the Twin Cities. Candidates must be comfortable with a hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts.
• Review and interpret contract terms, identify issues, and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to procurement protocols.
• Uphold ethical standards and comply with company policies, laws, and regulations.
• Suggest revisions to contract terms during both proposal and finalization stages.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor, licensed in MN.
• 1+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.
• Experience with commercial contract negotiation, procurement, and dispute resolution.
• Strong PC and legal software skills.
