Corporate Paralegal

An Am Law 100 law firm is looking for a Corporate Paralegal to join their team out of their Fort Worth, TX office.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of UCC processes
• File UCC financial statements
• Conduct UCC/lien searches
• Legal research of local Code and Secretary of State requirements
• Will maintain books of national and international corporate entities in multiple states
• Assist with closings
• Maintain minute books
• Create title/survey objection letters and responses

Qualifications:

• MUST have 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience in a law firm setting
• Ability to work five days per week in-office in Fort Worth, TX
• Team player, solid communication skills, interest in bringing your creativity and passion to work
• Billable requirement: 1600+ hours annually
• Must have a paralegal certificate or related degree

Salary: $100-$120k/yr.
