Corporate Paralegal - Direct Hire

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the Fort Worth office of a well-respected full service national law firm. The Corporate Paralegal will assist the firm's Fort Worth attorneys with various corporate and real estate matters. The working hours for the position are 8:30am to 5:00pm. Duties include:

• Preparing various legal documents including those related to corporate formation, amendment, and dissolution; name reservations; annual reports; stock certificates and operating certificates;
• Filing UCC financing statements and conducting lien searches;
• Maintaining corporate minute books for large national and international entities;
• Utilizing data rooms for uploading and maintaining documents;
• Reviewing title and survey and preparing objection letters and responses;
• Conducting legal research;
• Preparing closing documents including checklists and binders;
• And more!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of corporate and/or commercial real estate experience;
• Paralegal certificate preferred
• Ability to bill 1600 hours annually.
