RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's most notable Automotive and Energy Company is looking for a CSA (Civil Structural Architectural) Project Coordinator with Commercial and or Industrial experience to join their Sparks, NV team.Summary:As a CSA Construction project coordinators focus on the administrative aspects of projects at their Sparks, NV locations. They ensure that tasks are completed on time, facilitate communication between team members, and track progress. This role will oversee multiple construction projects from conception to completion.Duties Include:- Owns construction team communications and reporting
- Liaison between Engineering Program Managers, Construction Managers, and Superintendents
- Creates and tracking workflows (submittals, work approvals, RFIs)
- Owns RFI/submittal Logs & sets priorities
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation of vendors and contractors
- Collects of information from all team members into unified workspace
- Reviews Schedules for accuracy and verifies field team updates look aheads; Reviews daily updates from Lead PM's & adds construction metrics
REQUIREMENTS:
- CSA (Civil Structural Architectural) experience or exposure to those trades; Not someone with MEP
- Knowledgeable of materials
- Excellent computer skills and comprehension of MS Office & Primavera products
- Highly organized and able to set construction priorities
- Strong written & verbal communication skills; Communication experience with skills with vendors; Will be tasked with highly confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and anticipate last minute changes
- Excel spreadsheet
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
