What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, and chat.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Provide detailed information about products or services and proactively recommend solutions to common concerns.
