Customer Service - 1st 2nd Shifts
Location: Eden Prairie Minnesota 55347
Location Type: Hybrid (however 2 weeks training in office & after training 1 day a month in the office. Training is Monday thru Friday 4pm to 12 am for the first 2 weeks
Pay range: 19.50 hr.
Hours: 4pm-12am M-F and 8am-5pm on Saturday or Sunday

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, builds/assigns loads, schedule appointments, track and trace shipments and enter events & Invoices
- Deliver operational excellence to customers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Execute tasks focusing on quality and efficiency, including:
- Auditing load information for accuracy.
- Managing a shared inbox for customer and supplier communication.
- Proactively addressing exceptions and proposing solutions.
- Handling urgent communications and coordinating with C.H. Robinson's internal teams.
- Providing shipment information and creating and activating shipments.
- Tracking and tracing shipments.
- Invoicing and entering event data.
- Document events following SOPs and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
- Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
- Prior work experience requiring attention to detail and accuracy
- Values a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Background check including education and employment verification prior to starting
