Hours: M-F 8AM-5PM

Pay- $19-20/hr.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answer phones, greet customers and answer questions.
• Setup technicians' folders
• Make follow up call about technicians' service.
• Process payments
• Schedule clients
• Schedule routes (Will need to be familiar with the Hagerstown area to understand how to schedule driver routes efficiently)

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to make each customer feel special
• Strong communication skills written and verbal
• Outgoing, positive demeanor
• Multitasker with ability to prioritize
• Computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Sales experience
• Self-starter
• Ability to work in an open environment where customers walk in
