On-Site Position- Must Live in Mankato area!

Pay- $16.50/hr

Temp-to-Hire after successful completion of first 6 months

Schedule: Mon-Fri: 7am-5pm & Sat 7am-4pm (OT every week!)

Start Date: Sept. 30th

Job Description:

Focus on delivering exceptional customer service with the ability to multi-task.

Answering inbound calls about:

* Billing questions

* Process customer requests for installation of residential service, move, repair, transfer/change or disconnection of current service.

* Sell and explain available products, services and features and recognize opportunities to up-sell. (we pay commission).

* Handle customer disputes.

* Payment inquiries.

* Process account adjustments and credits.

* Directing calls to other departments.

Qualifications:

HS diploma/GED.

Must have punctual and regular attendance and be able to work extra hours if needed.

Strong initiative and organizational skills.

Must be able to quickly learn and maintain multiple processes and system applications in a fast paced, always changing environment.

Detail oriented while still able to meet deadlines and work quickly.

Enjoy working in a team environment and maintain a good attitude both with customers and team members
