We have 2 customer service representative's opening in Costa Mesa!

This is for a well know Tax company!

Hours will be from 7am-4pm Monday to Friday, this will be onsite

We are looking for candidates that are emphatical, customer service driven and detailed oriented.

This is not a call center

Duties:

Respond to incoming emails

Will be calling back clients who are interested in the services that the company provides

Inbound calls background

Outbound calls background

Customer Service experience in an office setting

1-2 years of recent office experience

Must have a great attitude

Background:

Customer Service in an office setting

Computer savvy

Data Entry background
