SUMMARY
The Data Analyst leverages data to help drive business decisions, improve processes, and enhance overall performance. Working with various data sources, performs analyses to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment and property.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Collects, cleans, and analyzes large datasets from multiple sources.
Develops and maintains dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Identifies trends and patterns in complex data sets and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
Creates data visualizations to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
Assists in the development of data-driven strategies to improve business processes and outcomes.
Conducts ad-hoc analyses as needed to support decision-making.
Ensures data accuracy and integrity throughout all analysis and reporting activities.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two to four (2-4) years' relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
