Job Description:
The Program Orchestration Production Support role involves monitoring production operations to ensure optimal performance. You will be responsible for ongoing quality assurance and operational performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor ongoing production operations and address any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to evaluate operational performance.
• Adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining focus on results.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to improve processes and efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Experience in a production support role with a focus on monitoring operations.
• Strong background in quality assurance and performance monitoring.
• Advanced SQL programming skills, particularly in manipulating complex data sets.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automated campaign management targeting applications, such as Unica
