Position will be based in Cincinnati, OH. Hybrid schedule.Position Overview:We're looking for a passionate Analyst II to join our team! This role offers the chance to impact healthcare outcomes directly through data analysis and reporting, all within a collaborative, supportive environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Address basic and moderate analytic needs for internal/external stakeholders
- Develop and populate dashboards using leading reporting technologies
- Build and improve automated systems for performance metrics and data management
- Validate and maintain metric values to ensure accurate reporting
- Translate data needs into actionable insights and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Manage a portfolio of performance metrics, including regular updates and responding to customer inquiries, sometimes conducting initial analyses
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Master's degree in computer science, statistics, economics or related fields
- 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Strong SQL skills, analytics background, and experience with visualization tools like Power BI.
- Solid project management skills
- Excellent communication skills.
