Client in Los Angeles is seeking a Departmental Assistant for open-ended temporary assignment

Location: West Los Angeles, CA
Remote or In Office: Remote until after Labor Day holiday (then will go to 4 days onsite Monday - Thursday)
Hours: M-F 9am-6pm
Parking Details: parking is provided
Job Title: Departmental Assistant
Pay: $22/hr-$25/hr
Duration: open-ended temporary assignment

Job Description: The position supports 2 Executives on the Corporate Law Team within the Office of the Chief Legal Officer.

Responsibilities:
* Routes incoming calls to the appropriate personnel, and track for follow up as needed
* Manages calendars, setting up and managing meetings, reserving conference rooms etc.
* Manages the expenses process for both executives - Must have expense reporting experience (ideally using Concur software)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Word (redlining), PowerPoint, Acrobat Adobe Professional (including AdobeSign)
* E-files high volume of documents

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 2 years of general office experience
* Strong Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Professional demeanor, good judgment, ability to problem solve and superior organizational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience with expense reporting software; Concur is a plus
