RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a leading IT solutions provider, is looking to fill a Deployment Technician role for an upcoming call center project in Edinburg, TX. This would be a great opportunity to gain experience in a structured environment while contributing to a major IT refresh project.Key Tasks:- Unboxing, setting up, and deploying new computer equipment to offices
- Connecting machines to the network and performing basic configuration and imaging tasks
- Deployment Technician will work alongside the client's IT team and local staff to ensure smooth deployment operations
- Assist with the removal of old equipment and coordinating the transfer of data
REQUIREMENTS:
- Basic computer skills with approximately 2 years of technical experience (imaging and refresh project experience is a plus)
- Ability to follow detailed setup instructions and perform simple troubleshooting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills as you will be working closely with a tech lead and local IT staff
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
