Digital Content Specialist

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Content Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is perfect for a clear communicator with a knack for managing multiple creative assets simultaneously and leading workflow independently.

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid media and organic social content for our client's brands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, and third-party vendors to develop and execute campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and filtering feedback from multiple parties, managing execution of changes within appropriate deadlines
- Communicating effectively with various cross-functional partners, clarifying requirements, creating/managing resources, schedules, and expectations
- Delivering final creative assets to on-site social publishing tool or cross-functional partners for native channel posting as needed
- Exercising quality control for each post, pin, and story
- Building strong teams and partnerships
- Facilitating internal and cross-functional reviews, intake feedback, and executing follow-ups with various partners
- Using Confluence, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and other project tracking tools to manage workflow

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of digital production experience
- Experience in online advertising production for standard and rich media and/or social media
- Experience with a major consumer brand (agency experience acceptable), Retail/ecommerce experience a plus
- Highly functional in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook, Teams, and Mobile
- Experience with Atlassian Confluence or other CMS a plus

This role is 100% remote and requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.
