Our client is seeking a Digital Product Owner in Miami, FL.

Role Description

• Attention to Detail: Ability to understand and communicate complex business problems, while engaging with multiple stakeholders to meet their needs.
• Work Ethic & Accountability: Consistently meets deadlines and delivers within expectations.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to negotiate priorities and ensure value delivery across teams and stakeholders.
• Quick Learning: Proficient in navigating Confluence, Jira, and capable of self-learning to operate within a production environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to take on varied responsibilities, such as building and writing test cases in TestRail and conducting regression testing.
• Great Attitude: Passionate, curious, and innovative, with a strong desire to create usable products that exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Work Arrangements: Flexible work-from-home options are available, but the candidate must be able to come to the office at least twice a week when required.

Skills & Requirements

• 4+ years of combined experience as a Product Owner in complex, enterprise environments
• Must possess strong experience and proficiency documenting business requirements, as well as developing and maintaining PM documentation
• Must possess advanced understanding of applications such as MS Suite, Smartsheet, JIRA, and PM tools/ Preferred tool experience: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma, TestRail
• Must possess experience facilitating internal planning workshops (their main application stakeholders are product owners and developers)
• Must possess experience mapping both business process and technical design workflows
• Strong experience with Epics, User Stories, and Roadmaps
• Must possess excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proactive attitude to work well with vendors and stakeholders in cross functional teams ensuring the timely completion of projects and resolutions
• Cruise line industry experience highly preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems Management, or related field highly preferred.
