This role would be great for a recent accounting graduate. This role is open due to promotion and would be a good place to start with great career trajectory within the organization.

Job Description:

• Enter financial data into accounting software and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment
• Help out with front-desk, clerical work as needed
• Take information from the dispatching system and set up jobs in our system efficiently and accurately.
• Process daily check deposits while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company procedures.

Requirements:

• Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance (strongly preferred)
• Exposure to excel or data entry type work
• Comfortable working on-site
• Team player and a 'can do' attitude
