Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Capital Project Management
  
• Lead cross-functional project teams to design, build, commission (validate) facility and utility improvement and construction capital projects
  
• Develop, manage, and track project time-lines and project capital budgets
  
• Maintain all site-mandated cGMP and safety requirements during all phases of construction and qualification
  
• Write and execute validation and commissioning protocols
  
• Produce and maintain documentation related to the project, including: Change controls, PO requests, project schedules, sketches and drawings to assist in project execution
  

Facilities Engineering Support

• Provide day to day engineering support to Facilities Maintenance Technicians for all facilities and utilities operations, maintenance, and repair activity.
  
• Manage contractors to provide repair and installation services as required.
  
• Manage utility loads to ensure adequate system capacity and input to the capital plan when additional capacity is expected to be needed in the future.
