Purpose of Job:
The Fulfillment Center (FC) Network Operations Analyst will partner with FC Operations Managers and Regional Distribution Managers to execute continuous improvement initiatives based on Interstate's business transformation at a program level, solve complex problems, conduct analysis, and inform strategic planning.
Job Components:
- Prepare network metric and initiative reports and communications for the Leadership Team.
- Provide FC Ops Managers with data-based feedback for their respective sites.
- Provide weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/metrics reporting on an administrative level.
- Conduct statistical analysis of network fulfillment center KPIs.
- Provide feedback to FC and Regional Leadership to drive operational gap closure.
- Lead monthly KPIs/metrics updates and provide details on wins/gaps to include Corrective Action Planning (CAP) requests.
- Lead Continuous Improvement and CAP project initiatives.
- Partner with Regional Leaders and FC Ops Managers to implement across the network.
- Manage Special Projects as needed. Examples include Relabeling, Restacking, and SKU Updates.
- Maintain FC Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.
- Support network review of FC issues and partner cross-functionally with all stakeholders on:
- Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transmission failures - Kenco/Master Data
- Inventory Variances - Kenco/Site Ops Managers/SAP/Blue Yonder
- Inventory Integrity (Manufacturing Date/ Open Circuit Voltage (OCV)/etc.) - Kenco/Site Ops Managers
- Service Now KPIs and case-specific troubleshooting - Site Ops Managers/Supply Chain Management Customer Service Representatives (SCMCSR)
- Manufacturing Quality Defects - Site Ops Managers/Quality Team
- Accounts Payable (AP) Resolution tied to Supplier Claim issues - Site Ops Managers/Transportation
- Support FCs for Internal Audit prep and remediation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Technical or equivalent discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years working experience; including a role of similar responsibility/scale in Supply Chain, Operations, Strategy, or related field.
- Working knowledge of carrier operations, shipment routing, and distribution methods.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex supply chain problems with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain management involving distribution, inventory management, and project management.
- Strong quantitative skills and ability to analyze supply chain management problems to develop and implement practical solutions.
- Passion to drive continuous improvement through identification of root-cause solutions to key business problems.
- Familiarity with the tools, methodologies, and disciplines of a Lean Six Sigma environment.
- Prior experience in a high volume, fast-paced, customer-focused supply chain.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, internally and externally.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines under minimal guidance.

- Utilize resources efficiently to support FC network operational goals and objectives.
- Interact professionally with business owners/partners, vendors, customers, distributors, and cross-functional Team Members.
