- H.S Diploma
Systems/Software proficiencies:
- MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
Top Must have Skills:
- Experience with Remote software tools, Lifecycle management Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level Backend office MS Office Support MS Intune Active Directory Remote management Incident Request Management Front facing customer service
