Day-to-Day:

• Conducts financial classes weekly and provides one-on-one financial coaching.
• Maintains client files according to VOATX and grant guidelines.
• Works with clients to manage their budget.
• Works with clients to reduce or eliminate debt.
• Works with clients to increase client savings.
• Attends all funder or stakeholder meetings and phone conferences as required.
• Completes data entry tasks and provides outcome reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University plus three years experience in applicable social and/or financial services.
• A Texas Drivers License is required, clear MVR and the ability to be insured.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
