This position is responsible for processing of repair orders, purchase orders and invoices for the Fleet Maintenance facility and provide all administrative support for Fleet Operations.
Essential Duties:
- Generating and processing repair orders through the Fleet Maintenance software system
- Generating and processing Purchase Orders and Invoices in accordance with Company guidelines
- Record keeping and filing of related Fleet Maintenance documents
- Generating complex reporting using Excel and creating Fleet Maintenance correspondence and announcements
- Working with Drivers to asses needed repairs and coordination of work
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: - HS diploma or GED and minimum two years related administrative experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)
- Previous experience in Truck/Trailer, Equipment and/or Automotive, preferred
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, Holidays and some weekends
Physical Demands: - Regularly standing and walking
- Reaching with hands and arms to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- Sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
- Regularly lifting and/or moving up to 100 pounds
- Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.

- Depth perception
- The ability to adjust focus.
