RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Greenwood Village, CO that is seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in a critical project focused on Wi-Fi 7 technology. As the team navigates a transformative phase, incorporating offshore resources and transitioning to a global delivery model, the ideal candidate will thrive in an independent work environment while contributing to collaborative efforts.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Advanced Features: Lead the design and deployment of innovative features for next generation networking devices, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies
- Support New Product Launches: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully introduce new networking products, ensuring all software components meet technical specifications and performance standards
- Enhance Existing Features: Drive the improvement and expansion of current features to ensure compatibility and optimal performance across new product iterations
- Device Support Ownership: Take responsibility for software support for advanced networking devices, ensuring timely updates and feature releases align with product rollouts
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in developing accessible software, ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Deep understanding of NgRx for state management within Angular applications; essential for team processes
- Expertise in CI/CD, version control, testing frameworks, and Agile methodologies
- Strong proficiency in building scalable, responsive, and maintainable applications using Angular
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent communication skills, capable of discussing complex technical topics with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
- Familiarity with GraphQL for backend communication is a plus, facilitating collaboration with backend teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
