RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Maryland Heights, MO that is seeking a Front End UCC Developer.Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Developer to join our UCC solutions team. This role involves developing and implementing automated Email, SMS, and Autocall messaging solutions to enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of communication strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Take fully formed business requirements and documented technical requirements to build and update Email and SMS code utilizing JSON
- Lead the development and implementation of automated messaging solutions, including Email, SMS, and Autocall
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and document requirements for messaging solutions
- Ensure that all messaging solutions are compliant with industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and analyze the performance of messaging campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Manage a team of developers and other technical staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Escalate issues to management to ensure projects are not blocked and are completed on time
- Drive assigned tasks to completion with a keen sense of urgency and attention to detail
REQUIREMENTS:
- JavaScript and JSON development experience
- Extensive experience working with and coding HTML from scratch
- Experience with web development tools such as Dreamweaver, WordPress, etc.
- Familiarity with templating languages such as Handlebars and FreeMarker
- Experience working on messaging platforms related to Email, SMS, and outbound dialers
- Experience with Amazon PinPoint is highly preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to escalate issues to management
- Ownership and drive to complete assigned tasks
- Unparalleled attention to detail to spot and address potential issues
- Extreme self-starter who actively seeks the knowledge needed to complete tasks
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
