RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (50/50) in Westlake, TX.Summary:The Full Stack Engineer will develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements and assume leadership of new projects, from conceptualization to deployment. This role is responsible for ensuring application performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design. You will work with agile development methodologies, adhering to standard processes and pursuing continued learning opportunities.Duties:- Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment
- Architect and provide mentorship on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
- Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to build reliable APIs and DBs with scalable infrastructure
- Collaborate across time zones with onshore and offshore teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Consistent record of independently delivering full stack components and features
- Experience building applications with Java 11, Spring Boot and Angular
- Hands-on experience with developing and deploying AWS services
- Solid experience in PostgreSQL, Docker, Jenkins Core, Splunk, and Datadog
- Ability to think creatively and thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high risks and high rewards
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
