GBD Operations Analyst
The GBD Operations Analyst is responsible for researching, analyzing, documenting and coordinating the resolution of escalated and/or complex claims issues for the GBD Medicare. Requires expert knowledge of all systems, tools and processes involved in processing GBD Facets Medicare claims.
How you will make an impact:
- Managing Health Care Networks dispute escalations; receiving and responding to state or federal regulatory complaints related to claims; claims adjustments; managing complex system issues.
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of claims research and/or issue resolution or analysis of reimbursement methodologies within the health care industry; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- Medicare experience
- Bilingual preferred
